A back-of-envelope ROI check

$150+
One hour of a sales engineer
Spent fighting a broken demo on a customer call.
$200–500
A month of demo-hosting infra
Heroku + cron + your own webhook receiver + on-call.
$0
Saved deals from “the demo just worked”
Hard to count, easy to feel when it stops happening.

Indie pays for itself the first time a prospect doesn't bounce because your demo silently broke.

Frequently asked

If you don't see your question here, email hello@apiqube.com.

How are proxy requests counted?
Every successful upstream call from your demo through /api/proxy increments the monthly counter for the project owner. Errors caused by apiqube itself (timeouts, blocked targets) are not counted against you.
What happens when I hit a free-plan limit?
Your demos keep loading, but proxy calls for that project return HTTP 402 with a friendly upgrade message until the next billing month or until you upgrade.
Do you store API keys for my upstream APIs?
No. Runtime values entered by the demo viewer are forwarded once per request and never logged. Project-level keys are stored encrypted at rest and only used by the proxy layer.
Can I bring my own domain on Indie?
Custom domains are part of the Team plan. On Indie you can remove the apiqube branding and use your own embed wrapper.
Is there a free trial of Indie?
You can stay on Free as long as you want. When you outgrow the limits, upgrade in one click.
